Software Implementation Services
Though all services are critical in their own right, we want to special mention our implementation services because this service is where our team synergizes with the customer’s team with the potency for significant impact on the level of business success. 360 Essential Solution’s has delivered more than a decade of service expertise to a variety of industries with a large dose of expertise in the process industries, plastics, metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life-sciences, food/beverages, and many more. Of course with expertise in discrete manufacturing we also know industries in the hard goods, machining, fabrication, furniture, medical devices, and the list continues.
Knowing the industry is important but we also know how critical a standard documented implementation methodology is to make sure all project team members, both the 360-ESS and customer’s, are following the same roadmap – on-the-same-page. This approach assures that steps are followed for open communication, checkpoints are delivered, corporate management involvement, and most importantly that customers become proficient with the new software.
Our consultants are armed with significant industry experience and/or multiple functional areas such as finance and manufacturing, and most even have expertise with multiple ERP software products. IT Infrastructure Managed Services (3P Program)
With many small to mid-sized companies stretched to capacity 360-ESS Technology Services Group offers a 3P Program (proactive, preventive, protection), a combination of on-site and remote Managed Services for your company’s on-going IT infrastructure support. Critical to the success of this service is the software deployed to monitor every aspect of the IT Infrastructure from storage space to security break-in attempts. Alerts messages are sent to the 360 Managed Services staff and/or to the customer’s IT staff for immediate remediation and a weekly / monthly review of the infrastructure performance is performed for preventive protection.
Alerts happen but our 3P service works to prevent problems from arising to protect the company from expensive downtime or compromised security.
